Waist darts forming scalloped / petal dropped waistline with a front gather. Dress View 1 scalloped neckline with short sleeves. Dress View 2 tie neck collar, dropped armhole long or three-quarter sleeves. Pattern consists of one page instructions printed both sides and eleven unprinted pieces.
